MEPF Services for the largest Net Zero Complex for Lothal Maritime Museum in Gujarat (India) with High Mass Radiant System. He is associated with first district cooling system of India at GIFT CITY, Gujarat India, also designing District Cooling Plants for “Adani Energy” @ Shantigram, Ahmedabad (India) airport District Cooling plant and 2 district cooling plants at Mumbai. Currently associated with 70 star hotel projects of India which includes all luxury brands like Ritz Carlton, St. Ridges, Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, currently designing largest hotel project for India for Marriott group at Delhi,India. He has huge experience to create world class Healthcare facilities with Indian Hospitals and also Mayo USA. Designed many USFDA accredited Pharma projects with formulation units and Pharma research laboratories including Analytical, Chemical labs & Animal Houses. He has designed critical application projects for Vaccine manufacturing. Mr. Pankaj Dharkar is well known in India for special application projects for Pharma-Cleanroom & Diamond processing Units. He also did design work for Pharma & Industrial segment in Vietnam / Thailand.
